An end-to-end SaaS platform for clinics and community pharmacies in Hong Kong, covering consultation, prescriptions, dispensing, inventory, expiry alerts, transaction records, and daily operations.

Clinic and pharmacy in one domain
The product joins appointments, consultation, prescriptions, dispensing, stock batches, expiry alerts, and transaction records without flattening their different workflows.

Security designed into operations
Fine-grained authorization, audit trails, and data boundaries support sensitive healthcare workflows; the public site states ISO 27001 certification.

A real university-pharmacy context
During my involvement, the system was deployed in an HKU community-pharmacy collaboration context and evolved around real pharmacy operations. This collaboration note comes from my direct project experience.
